Rachel Denham combines a passion for health, coaching, and lifelong learning to help athletes build confidence both on and off the platform. Her journey into fitness began through gymnastics in high school before expanding into coaching and a career in healthcare, where she developed a deep appreciation for the impact that strength and wellness can have on people's lives. Today, she brings that experience together as a coach, empowering athletes of all ages and experience levels to reach their goals through consistency, education, and encouragement.

Whether she's introducing someone to their first lift or helping an experienced athlete push beyond a personal best, Rachel believes fitness is about more than numbers on a barbell. Her mission is to help others build lasting strength, resilience, and confidence while fostering a welcoming community where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
