Known for his mastery of OWLS meet software and as the keeper of the Blue Owl judging system, he’s often the quiet engine ensuring competitions operate seamlessly from first lift to final total . Professionally, he brings a background as a Scrum Master and Agile practitioner, applying structure, adaptability, and continuous improvement to both his career and the sport. Outside of weightlifting, Greg is a passionate gamer from tabletop to video games and a motorcycle enthusiast—always finding new systems to optimize, whether in competition, technology, or the open road.
